          In 2004 the Biotechnology laboratory was constructed to improve and ensure the usage of the latest technology in food and feed analysis. At the beginning, the Biotechnology lab was hiring two biotechnologist, one technician and one worker and now due to the increase in work duty, the biotechnology lab is hiring five biotechnologists. In 2010 the Biotechnology lab has been accredited in 35S, MON810 and Maize tests procedures. The Biotechnology lab. started with seventy five tests annually, and now in 2014 the average test capacity is three hundred forty four tests annually.
